RECYCLING PROGRAM
EPS isn't waste. It's raw material.
We recycle all the scrap from our plant and accept EPS from other companies to reintegrate into the production process. Nearly four decades treating expanded polystyrene as a circular resource.
HOW IT WORKS
A closed loop, step by step.
We collect every gram of scrap
All scrap generated in production is collected at our Monterrey plant. We also accept scrap from external companies that want to put it to productive use.
We grind and reintegrate
Recovered material is ground, sorted, and blended with virgin beads in proportions that preserve the technical properties of the final product.
It re-enters production
The recycled material goes back into the molding process. The finished product meets the same specifications as one made entirely from virgin beads.

THIRD-PARTY SCRAP
Does your business generate EPS waste?
We accept EPS from other companies at our Monterrey plant. If you have stockpiled or steady-flow scrap, we can coordinate pickup and put it to productive use instead of sending it to landfill. We accept blocks, coolers, packaging, formwork, and technical parts.
