What is EPS and why is it called unicel in Mexico?
EPS (expanded polystyrene) is a lightweight, thermally insulating cellular plastic material. "Unicel" is the colloquial Mexican name for EPS. They are the same material.
What EPS densities do you manufacture?
We manufacture EPS from 10 kg/m³ (low density, for light packaging) up to 48 kg/m³ (high density, for structural and thermal applications). We calibrate density to each industrial requirement.
What are your lead times for custom parts?
For standard parts, 3 to 7 business days. For new designs requiring a mold, 10 to 12 weeks (including mold fabrication). Exact timing depends on volume and complexity.
Is EPS recyclable?
Yes. EPS is 100% recyclable. At Aisla Pak we recycle all our own scrap and accept scrap from other companies to reintegrate into our production process.
Do you handle international and export orders?
Yes. We serve clients in Mexico and worldwide — the United States, Canada, Central America, the Caribbean, and beyond. We adapt packaging, labeling, and documentation to customs requirements and international standards.
Can you manufacture branded or custom coolers?
Yes. We manufacture coolers with custom design, dimensions, and logo printing — from pilot runs to series production.

What is the minimum order?
